Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and engage high-potential B2B prospects (SMEs & major accounts)
  • Develop your pipeline via cold calling, and the support of marketing teams via social selling, email and multi-channel prospection●
  • Understand the business challenges of prospects and formulate a clear and impacting value proposition.
  • Manage the entire commercial process: demo, negotiation, contracting, closing!
  • Collaborate closely with the Tech and CSM teams to ensure smooth deployment and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze your performance (pipeline, forecast, conversion) and share best practices with the team.

Experience and skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or technological environment.
  • Complete control of the complete sales cycle, from qualification to closing, on high value deals (5000 to 30,000€ of ARR/year)
  • Real appetite for active prospecting and making direct contact with decision makers.
  • Ability to understand business needs, to formulate a clear and quantified value proposition.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, data analysis, and API
  • Strong appetite for the world of AI and digital transformation.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and pipeline management skills.
  • Languages: professional proficiency in French and English.
