As a Voice AI Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in customer success. You will transform complex operational needs into concrete solutions, from design to deployment in production. You will work directly with customers to create tailor-made voice journeys, ensure integration into their systems, and ensure an impeccable quality of experience. Your contribution will have an immediate impact on customer satisfaction and Volubile's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers from the pre-sale stage:
    • Participate in discovery calls and understand business issues
    • Design integration plans and demonstrate the value of our solution
  • Deploy and optimize voice AI agents:
    • Create custom voice workflows with our Truepath agency engine.
    • Integrate our solution into existing systems (CRM, API, etc.)
    • Test, adjust, and optimize to ensure a natural, smooth vocal experience
      and effective.
  • Encouraging adoption and expansion:
    • Identify new use cases and measure the real impact of deployments.
    • Sharing best practices and insights with customers and teams
  • Collaborate internally:
    • Work with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure frictionless deployments and continuous improvement.

Desired skills

  • Solid technical base:
    • Mastery of API REST/JSON, scripting in Python or TypeScript
    • Knowledge of LLM and conversational AI (a plus)
  • Excellent communication and pedagogical skills
  • Analytical mind, solution and results oriented
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, impact-driven environment
  • Professional English (written and oral)
