Responsibilities
• Develop the conversational core of the platform, by designing and improving the components that allow our AI agents to conduct natural and effective conversations.
• Develop evaluation and experimentation functions to measure and constantly improve the conversational capabilities of our platform.
• Improve the performance of our existing products, by optimizing our models and algorithms to ensure smooth and relevant interactions.
• Collaborate with our R&D team to integrate the most advanced generative AI technologies into our products.
• Solve complex technical problems in areas such as understanding intentions, generating contextual responses, or adapting to different business sectors.
• Deploy solutions in production, ensuring the effective transition of development models to the production environment
Desired skills
• You are passionate about Natural Language Processing and Generative Artificial Intelligence.
• You are fluent in the Python programming language.
• You have an excellent understanding of generative AI and prompt engineering concepts.
• You have experience deploying ML models in production environments.
• You are motivated by innovation and the development of functionalities at the cutting edge of technology.
Bonus points if you have:
• Experience with major language models (LLM) such as GPT, Claude or Llama.
• Knowledge of speech processing and voice technologies.
• Experience in optimizing AI models for real-time applications.
• Familiarity with techniques for evaluating and testing conversational systems.
• Contributions to open-source projects in the field of AI or NLP.
• Experience in the development of conversational agents or chatbots.
