Created in 2023, Volubile is a young, dynamic and innovative startup, entirely dedicated to the reinvention of customer relationships through generative artificial intelligence. We are developing a platform of voice chatbots, equipped with hyper-realistic AI, capable of transforming customer interactions in a new way.

In a context where each action has a direct impact, we are looking for our first Growth Marketing Manager: a proactive, curious and agile person, ready to take on marketing challenges in a startup with high potential.

Responsibilities

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our acquisition and our visibility. Your main mission? Accelerate our growth by testing, optimizing, and executing effective marketing strategies.

Acquisition & Growth

  • Develop and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns (SEO, SEA, Social Media, Emailing, Growth Hacking...)
  • Implement B2B lead generation strategies and improve conversions
  • Experiment with new digital marketing approaches to maximize ROI

Collaboration with the Sales team

  • Work hand in hand with sales representatives to qualify and convert leads
  • Improving the alignment between marketing and customer needs
  • Set up ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns to reach the right prospects

Content & Brand

  • Design and manage engaging content (articles, customer cases, newsletters, landing pages, social media)
  • Building a strong presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Help position our brand as a reference in the sector

Product Marketing & Analytics

  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize continuously
  • Participate in improving the conversion funnel and the user experience
  • Contribute to the optimization of product positioning and messages

Desired skills

  • Experience of 3 to 5 years in digital marketing, growth hacking, or acquisition
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you are autonomous, creative and ready to test new approaches
  • Data-oriented: you make decisions based on performance and data analysis
  • Excellent communication: you know how to write engaging content in French and English
  • Mastery of digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Adaptability: you are a Swiss Army knife, able to manage several aspects of marketing
