As a Growth Marketing Manager, you play a central role in the commercial acceleration of Volubile. Your mission: to build and operate an efficient lead generation machine, capable of supplying the Sales team with qualified leads, while developing the visibility, credibility and traction of our brand. You will work on all marketing levers, content, business case, business case, landing page, landing page, social networks, SEO, inbound, communication, events and CRM with an intrapreneurship spirit and a strong focus on results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Growth:
    • Build and optimize a lead generation machine capable of feeding the Sales team with 150 qualified leads per week (current need, evolving with the growth of the team)
    • Experiment with multiple acquisition levers: SEO, LinkedIn, content, webinars, email campaigns, low-budget tools, automations.
    • Produce engaging and conversion-oriented content: messages, business cases, landing pages and campaigns.
    • Set up and monitor key KPIs: CAC, Marketing Qualified Lead conversion to a Sales Qualified Lead, content performance, attribution.
  • Content & Inbound Marketing:
    • Define and maintain the editorial lines of the blog, the newsletter and LinkedIn.
    • Write and publish blog posts with high added value.
    • Design business cases, customer stories, scripts, playbooks and sales content.
    • Co-organize webinars (themes, content, promotion, lead follow-up).
    • Fully manage the newsletter: production, segmentation, sending, analysis.
  • Communication:
    • Support the Sales team during physical events (materials, communication, key messages).
    • Write press releases and participate in the PR strategy in collaboration with our CEO.
    • Develop corporate materials: pitch deck, media kit, one-pagers.
  • CRM:
    • Administer and optimize HubSpot: workflows, scoring, nurturing, reporting.
    • Guarantee clean, useful and usable data by the Sales and Management teams.

Desired skills

  • Higher education with a focus on marketing - sales
  • Confirmed experience in growth, acquisition and marketing in a B2B context, ideally with a publisher of SaaS solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads with a limited budget and a high degree of autonomy.
  • Excellent content production skills: copywriting, storytelling, short formats, customer cases.
  • Mastery of B2B social networks, especially LinkedIn.
  • Ease with CRM tools (HubSpot) and automation tools.
  • Analytical mind, performance-oriented and continuous optimization.
  • Strong capacity for execution, autonomy and intrapreneur mindset.
  • Professional English (written and oral).

Bonus

  • Knowledge in AI, SaaS or technical products.
  • Experience with scrappy acquisition systems: no-code, automation, cold inbound.
  • Has already structured an inbound/content machine from A to Z.
