Customer Success Manager
As part of our rapid growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager whose main responsibility will be to ensure the success of our customers when they implement their voice chat agents. You'll help with initial setup, integrations, and work directly with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success. This role is practical and customer-focused.

Created in 2023, Volubile is a young, dynamic and innovative startup, entirely dedicated to the reinvention of customer relationships through generative artificial intelligence. We are developing a platform of voice chatbots, equipped with hyper-realistic AI, capable of transforming customer interactions in a new way.
As part of our rapid growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager whose main responsibility will be to ensure the success of our customers when they implement their voice chat agents.
Responsabilités
- Work closely with our R&D and sales teams to better understand the needs of our customers and how we can ensure their success.
- Building conversational journeys for and with our customers.
- Participate in customer calls, providing sales support
Compétences souhaitées
- Experience in customer success management, sales engineering, software engineering, or a similar position.
- Experience with AI/ML applications and prompt engineering
- Passionate about customer success.
- Ability to work in Fullstack, from building React components to developing APIs to integrating with third party services.
